For those of you that want to make a label for a service quilt you've completed, you can download the attached file and print it on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of the fabric paper that is available.
There is a blank to fill in your name in indelible ink, and a place for the date. If you like, there is also a line to list the name of your quilting bee (if applicable).
